KKU provides a furnished room, which is newly built and decorated on the new building of the Faculty of Science, at the Department of Computer Science, KKU as the DS Lab. The server was installed in the department’s server room on the same floor. The server is setup according to lab setup guideline agreed by the consortium and KKU’s policy such as authentication using single sign-on. Students and staff can use RFID card or finger-print scanning to access to the DS Lab 24/7. All equipment were registered with KKU and their ID number were assigned. The laptops are shared among the teaching staff in the DS&AI program.
